1. Who we are

This website and our services are provided by g2l (operated by Robert Žák, sole proprietor).

We provide web design, web development, marketing automations, hosting, marketing and related consulting services to clients including customers located in the United States.

2. What data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Appointment / meeting confirmations or rescheduling.
• Sharing design previews, screenshots, or links related to your project.
• Time-sensitive support (for example, “your website is back online,” “SSL has been renewed,” etc.).

Message frequency varies based on the project and is typically low-volume, manual, and 1-on-1 (conversational).

By giving us your phone number or by messaging us first, you agree that we may reply to you using SMS/MMS for the purposes listed above.

Opt-out / STOP: You can opt out of SMS/MMS communication at any time by replying “STOP”. After you send “STOP”, you will no longer receive SMS/MMS from us unless you start a new conversation or explicitly request updates again.

Help: You can send “HELP” at any time if you have questions about our messages or need assistance.

Standard messaging and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier. We are not responsible for delays in message delivery caused by mobile carriers or network providers.

5. Legal basis for processing (EU/EEA visitors)

If you are located in the EU/EEA, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

• Contract necessity: We need certain information to prepare, deliver, or maintain a service you requested.
